How to get your order
SCF delivery to parts of Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. Delivery is free above location-based order minimums, and we charge a flat delivery fee on orders that don't meet the minimum.
UPS shipping to the lower 48 states at carrier rates. UPS Ground service is available year-round in New England and seasonally in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia.
Pickup at the plant in Kennebunk. Our normal shipping and receiving hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
Your delivery terms appear on the Quick Order form and in your cart. The fulfillment options that are available based on your cart and location appear at checkout.

Zones, order totals and fees
Your zone determines the minimum order total for free delivery (and the fee for orders below the minimum).

Order totals are your merchandise subtotal after discounts. Lead times are approximate; if we expect your delivery to take longer, we'll let you know.
The map below shows approximate delivery zone boundaries. If you are not in any of the depicted zones, we offer UPS shipping or you can pickup in Kennebunk. You can also buy through one of our distributors. For large orders outside our delivery zones, contact us to discuss direct delivery and LTL freight options.
UPS shipping
Shelf-stable products ship by UPS Ground year-round to the lower 48 states, with no minimum order quantity.
Refrigerated and frozen products ship by UPS Ground year-round within New England. Outside New England they require UPS Next Day Air shipping, with a seasonal exception: from September/October through April/May we also offer UPS Ground to New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, Ohio, West Virginia and Virginia. When Ground is unavailable to those states, you can still choose UPS Next Day Air but the cost is significantly higher.
Minimum order quantities for perishables: a UPS order needs at least 3 cases of refrigerated products or 4 cases of frozen products. You can mix products within either group. If you order both, each group must meet its own minimum. If your order doesn't meet these minimums, you will not see UPS shipping options at checkout.
UPS rates appear at checkout based on your cart and address. Rates are live from UPS and include a handling fee of $20 for orders with perishables. The fee helps to cover the significant cost of insulated shipping materials.
We typically ship frozen and refrigerated items loose for more cost-effective packing in insulated shippers. Loose shipments may contain mixed lots.
Pickup
Pickup is free. Our pickup hours are Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm. Choose Pickup at checkout and we'll hold your order for you to collect in Kennebunk. Let us know when you plan on coming to get your order so we can be sure it's ready for you.

Catch-weight products
Pork chops, pork tenderloin, and other pork cuts when available are sold by the case and billed by the pound. Prices shown on the order form are estimates based on case-pack and average package weights. We may repack cases into larger boxes for delivery. Your invoice reflects the actual product weight in your order.
Slack-dating frozen products
If you thaw frozen items to sell them fresh, you need to apply a Best By date to the package.

Invoices and payment
The online order form is only for order submission; no payment is collected at checkout. After you submit an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us right away.
We will email you an invoice and include a paper copy with your order. Standard terms are Net 15.
Your SCF invoice is the record of fulfillment and payment due. Please ignore the fulfillment and payment statuses shown in the Orders section of your account profile.
